Booth Registration Form

Booth registration form will only be accepted via the above form. You will receive a confirmation email once your booth is registered. Please review booth instructions below.

  • Booth check in is with DSC attendee at entrance to atrium
  • Deadline for RSVP for booth is July 13, 2019
  • Please RSVP using the form
  • Booth set up begins at 9:30 AM. You must be set up by 10:00 AM
  • Everything must be free and you may not sell anything
  • Bringing food or drink to hand out is not allowed
  • You will be provided 1 table and 2 chairs.
  • 4 volunteers at a time, for space constraints
  • Soliciting your business should be at the vicinity of your table only
  • Booth breakdown is at 3:45 PM and no earlier
  • At registration you will be assigned booth number.
  • Please clean up your area at the end of event
  • Parking is first come first serve.
  • Invite your clients, friends and family to the event
  • We are here to support individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
