The Down Syndrome Coalition for El Paso offers two scholarships annually. One scholarship is awarded to an individual pursuing higher education or continuing education. One scholarship is awarded to an individual with Down syndrome and up to two family members or legal guardians to help cover the costs of attending the National Down Syndrome Congress Convention.

Applications for the 2024 National Down Syndrome Congress Convention Scholarship held in Phoenix, Arizona, July 25 – 28 are now being accepted. The deadline to apply is February 15th at 11:59 p.m.

The Education Scholarship is an ongoing application and can be applied for at any point in the year.
